If the weather isn't cooperating, all you have to do is cancel your registration. There's no charge. But you're welcome to come on an alternate day when the weather is better.

In general, registration is not required for a great visit. Smaller groups of 10–20 people, in particular, do not need to register.

For groups of 30 or more, advance registration is recommended. Just give us a quick call or send a message regarding group registration.

Yes, our summer toboggan run offers a GROUP RATE for groups of 15 or more.

Not necessarily. If you're traveling alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket window, you'll still get the group discount.

You can pay on account at our location; of course, you also have the option to pay for everything in cash or by card.

Yes, we can also issue an invoice, which you can conveniently pay by bank transfer after your stay. To do so, please simply provide a billing address and a contact person when you check in.

We recommend that you arrive on time out of consideration for other groups. Once you’re there, you’re free to stay as long as you like during opening hours. You can adjust the number of rides spontaneously and flexibly, depending on your mood.

Yes, of course you can also buy your tickets on site. However, if you'd rather not wait in line, you're welcome to purchase your tickets in our online store before your visit.

Yes, you can park there by bus. The parking lot is right next to the summer toboggan run. Please check the “Directions” section to see the best way to get to our parking lot.
